Come move with us in our very first concert “Movements”!
klang.kunst wish to offer you a concert portrays music of dancing and movements, interpreted by highly skilled-professional Thai musicians and ballerina from Europe.
Our implication is that this “Movements” will be the movement of klang.kunst’s working progress to host variously fruitful and creative activities in Thailand and be the a part of the movement to push Thailand’s music and art industry forward.
This “Movements” will feature dancing music of the Baroque period, the Baroque style’s movements combining with contemporary movements, the 20th Century’s songs which integrates dancing style, and also Suite for violin and piano.
Since this is a “Movements”, klang.kunst wants the audience to be able to move, dance and change perspectives during the concert, movements of the audience will be part of the show that we would like to present. All the audience are allowed to move or dance freely, or even move a position to anywhere you want during the show.
The event starts at 17.30 hrs. and the concert starts at 19.00 hrs. onward. Before the show begins, everyone can get 1 FREE drink and continues enjoying food and drinks which will be sold in the area. Apart from that, each of you can feel relaxed, discuss and exchange your opinions with other people from different working fields. The audience can choose as one pleases where to sit and stand in the area to make you enjoy it to the utmost.

Meet our Artists
May Pitchayapa Lueangtawikit
Currently studies violin at the University of the Arts in Berlin (UdK) under Prof. Marianne Boettcher and at the University of Music Franz Liszt Weimar in Prof. Andreas Hartmann’s class. May receives chamber music lessons by the renowned Artemis Quartett and members from Hr. Sinfonieorchester. May regularly performs as a soloist, chamber music musician and orchestral musician. May attended various masterclasses by many violinists such as Eduard Schmieider, Vadim Gluzman, Christoph Poppen, Rudolf Koelman, Boris Belkin, Christian Altenburger, Tanja Becker-Bender and chamber music masterclasses by Wolfgang Boettcher and Lukas Hagen.
As a chamber music musician, May formed Mixis Quartett at the UdK Berlin and performs numerous concerts in Berlin. As an orchestral musician May is an academy member at the hr-Sinfonieorchester (Frankfurt radio Symphony) in Frankfurt. May is a scholarship holder of the Paul-Hindemith-Society in Berlin and the Ad Infinitum Foundation, DAAD and the Lucia Loeser Foundation. She has been awarded several prizes at national and international competitions such as: In 2013, she won the first prize of Mahidol University Concerto Competition, she received the third gold medal prize of The 16th Settrade Young Musician Competition. In 2014, May won two first prizes of Princess Galyani Vadhana International Ensemble Competition for piano trio category and string ensemble category, May received the first gold medal prize of The 17th Set Young Musician competition, May received the first prize from the 8th Beethoven String Competition in Thailand.
Gun Chaikittiwatana
Gun Chaikittiwatana is a Thai pianist who is musically engaged on several national and international stages. To this day, he has performed in Austria, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, and the USA. He is also a prize-winner of various international piano competitions, including Grand Prix from the 2016 Kawai International Piano Competition, 1st prize and Soloist Award from the 14th International Chopin Piano Competition in ASIA (General Category), 1st prize from the 14th Osaka Music Competition (Recital-Course Category), and 2nd prize from the 1st Wittgenstein Memorial International Piano Competition for Left-Hand. Domestically, he is a recipient of 1st prizes from Steinway and Sons Piano Competition, Beethoven Piano Competition, Bangkok Chopin Piano Competition, and Trinity Guildhall Youth Piano Competition.
Gun graduated with a Bachelor degree in Piano Performance from Mozarteum University Salzburg under the tutelage of Prof. Jacques Rouvier. Currently, he is pursuing a Master degree at Berlin University of the Arts in the class of Prof. Björn Lehmann. During his time in Bangkok, he took piano lessons with Dr. Eri Nakagawa, who has been a key figure in his development for 8 years. In 2017, he was appointed as Yamaha Artist in Thailand.
Prima Tharathep
Prima Tharathep attended her first ballet lesson at the age of three. Throughout the years, she has been trained in classical ballet, modern jazz, contemporary dance, flamenco and traditional Thai dance.
As a student at the Bangkok Dance Academy, she took part in various festivals and competitions in the Asia-Pacific region and passed the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Advanced 2 examination with Distinction. This enabled her to take part in the renowned Genée International Ballet Competition in 2013. In 2016 she received her BA(HONS) Degree from the Central School of Ballet in London, and during this time performed in Crystal Pite’s choreography ‘Polaris’, as well as the Ballet Central tour. From 2016 to 2019, she was part of Cinevox Junior Company in Switzerland. There, she performed works by Martin Chaix, Heinz Spoerli, Felix Dumeril, Nicole Morel and was the victim in Franz Brodmann’s ‘Sacre du Printemps’. Prima joined the dance ensemble at Theater Trier in August 2019, and had since performed works by Roberto Scafati, Mauro Astolfi, Giovanni Insaudo, Guillaume Hulot and Christine Cecconello. She looks forward to optimising every opportunity that comes her way, and progressing into the best dancer she can possibly be.
