class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mika Yamashita&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mika Yamashita began her musical studies in Japan, where she received training in music&nbsp; theory and solf\u00e8ge under Ms. Fumiko Horizoe and Ms. Mika Shimotake. At the age of 15,&nbsp; she began studying piano with Ms. Naomi Ohkawachi. After graduating from junior high&nbsp; school, she moved to Thailand to enroll in the Pre-College Program at the College of Music,&nbsp;&nbsp;Mahidol University, where she studied under the tutelage by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eri Nakagawa.&nbsp; She later earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in Classical Performance with first-class honours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has participated in music camp in France, studying with Dr. Dina Yoffe, Dr. Robert&nbsp; Palmer, and Dr. Daniel Vaiman.
