Step into a world of sound shaped by history, mastery, and living tradition.
Across Centuries brings together a remarkable musical lineage, led by legendary oboist Thomas Indermühle—one of the most influential voices of the instrument today. He is joined by Thai oboist Nuttha Kuankajorn, with Kunatorn Teekakul on bassoon and รสิกมน ศิยะพงษ์ at the piano.
The first half journeys through the elegance of François Couperin’s Les Nations, the emotional depth of C.P.E. Bach, and the brilliant virtuosity of Federigo Fiorillo. After intermission, the spotlight turns to the modern era with Akira Nishimura’s Shijin – The Four Symbols, performed in a special solo version arranged by Thomas Indermühle. The program then returns to Baroque vitality with Georg Philipp Telemann, before the evening concludes with the timeless charm of Toots Thielemans’ Bluesette.

เกิดที่เมืองแบร์นในปี ค.ศ. 1951 โธมัส อินเดอร์มือเลอ เป็นทายาทของตระกูลนักดนตรีชาวสวิส เขาศึกษากับไฮนซ์ ฮอลลิเกอร์ ที่โรงเรียนดนตรีแห่งรัฐไฟรบวร์ก (Staatliche Musikhochschule Freiburg im Breisgau) และศึกษากับมอริซ บูร์ก (Maurice Bourgue) ที่กรุงปารีส หลังจากนั้นเขาใช้เวลาหลายปีในฐานะโอโบโซโลของวงเนเธอร์แลนด์แชมเบอร์ออร์เคสตรา และวงรอตเทอร์ดัมฟิลฮาร์โมนิกออร์เคสตรา ในปี ค.ศ. 1974 เขาได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวดดนตรีนานาชาติ Prague Spring และในปี ค.ศ. 1976 เขาได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวดดนตรีนานาชาติ ARD ที่เมืองมิวนิก

Nuttha Kuankajorn
Bangkok-born Nuttha Kuankajorn is a prominent figure in Thailand’s classical music scene, recognized as a performer, educator, and podcast host.
Nuttha received a full scholarship for her undergraduate studies at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore, where she studied with Rachel Walker, Principal Oboe of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra. In 2017, she earned her Master’s Degree in Oboe Performance from the Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe, Germany, and completed a Certificate of Advanced Study the following year under the mentorship of Professor Thomas Indermühle.
From 2019 to 2024, Nuttha served as Principal Oboe of the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra before being appointed Principal Oboe of the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra in January 2025. She currently teaches at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and Rugby International School. Alongside her orchestral and academic work, Nuttha is an active chamber musician and regularly presents solo and chamber recitals.
Nuttha has performed extensively across Asia and Europe with renowned orchestras including the Baden-Baden Philharmonie, Mannheimer Philharmoniker, Baltic Sea Philharmonic, Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, and Singapore Symphony Orchestra, among others. In addition, she has participated in major music festivals across Thailand, Germany, Spain, the UK, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Japan, and Nepal.
As a soloist, Nuttha has been invited multiple times to perform concertos with CU Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra. She attended masterclasses conducted by Christoph Hartmann, Jonathan Kelly, Dudu Carmel, Jacques Tys, Spyros Kontos, Christian Schmitt, Paolo Grazia, Gordon Hunt, Stefan Schilli, Kalev Kuljus, Simon Emes, Emanuel Abbühl and Yiu Song-Lam.
Nuttha began her musical training with piano lessons at the age of five and took up the oboe at fifteen under the guidance of Chanannat Meenanan, Principal Oboe of the National Symphony Orchestra of Thailand.
Nuttha is a Rigoutat artist and plays on a model ‘J’ oboe.
Kunatorn Teekakul
Kunatorn Teekakul is a Thai bassoonist. He began studying bassoon at the age of 17 with Ms. Kittima Molee.
As a student, he has performed with numerous ensembles, including the Mahidol Symphony
Orchestra, Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, Thai Youth Orchestra, Siam Sinfonietta, Million Wind
Philharmonic, Thai Symphony Orchestra, Bangkok Metropolitan Orchestra, and the Princess Galyani
Vadhana Institute of Music Youth Orchestra.
He is currently a member of the Bangkok Metropolitan Orchestra. He studies bassoon with Chris
Schaub at the College of Music, Mahidol University.
Kunatorn is a founding member of the Thailand Double Reed Society and appeared as a soloist at
the Thailand Double Reed Society Concert 2022 at the Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music.
He also served as Head Volunteer and Artist at the International Double Reed Conference 2023,
held at the College of Music, Mahidol University, Thailand.
He has participated in masterclasses with Sophie Devaux, Christian Kunert, Amy Pollard, Ingo
Goritzky, and Yoshi Ishikawa.
รสิกมน ศิยะพงษ์
รสิกมน ศิยะพงษ์ได้ร่วมบรรเลงดนตรีกับนักร้องและนักดนตรีเป็นประจำทั้งในยุโรปและเอเชีย เธอทำงานในตำแหน่ง collaborative pianist ให้กับมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลตั้งแต่ปี 2557 นอกจากการแสดงคอนเสิร์ตแล้ว เธอยังบรรเลงเปียโนร่วมกับนักดนตรีคนอื่นๆ บนเวทีการแข่งขันและเทศกาลดนตรีมากมาย อาทิ Jean-Marie Londeix ครั้งที่ 4, การแข่งขัน Beethoven สำหรับเครื่องสายครั้งที่ 4 และ 6 ในกรุงเทพฯ, เทศกาลฤดูร้อนสำหรับเครื่องสายและดนตรีแชมเบอร์ใน Pelion ประเทศกรีซและ Asia Pacific Saxophone Academy นอกจากนี้เธอยังได้ร่วมงานกับนักร้องชั้นนำระดับนานาชาติและจัดคอนเสิร์ตในเมืองต่างๆ ในยุโรปอยู่บ่อยครั้ง เช่น ใน Munich, Graz, Vienna, Salzburg, Myslenice, Athens, Maribor และ Lovran การแสดงของเธอกับนักร้องโซปราโน Tung Lee ถูกออกอากาศผ่านรายการ“ Das Ö1 Konzert” ทางวิทยุออสเตรียในปี 2561
ดนตรีสมัยใหม่ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งความสนใจของรสิกมน เธอได้ร่วมแสดงในงาน Thailand International Composition Festival อยู่บ่อยครั้ง เธอเป็นสมาชิกของวง Contemporary Enclave ซึ่งเป็นวงดนตรีที่มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสนับสนุนดนตรีร่วมสมัย นอกจากนี้เธอยังปรากฏตัวใน "Kaleidoskopder Zukunft in Wort und Ton" ใน Badausseer Gespräche ในปี 2018 อีกด้วย
ในปี 2557 เธอจบการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล สาขาวิชาเอกการแสดงเปียโนด้วยเกียรตินิยมอันดับหนึ่ง เธอเป็นผู้รับทุนภายใต้กรอบของ ASEA-Uninet และเข้าศึกษาต่อที่มหาวิทยาลัย Mozarteum ในฐานะนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนในปี 2557 ในฤดูร้อนปี 2562 เธอสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทสาขา vocal-accompaniment จากมหาวิทยาลัย University of Music and Performing Arts, Graz ประเทศออสเตรีย โดยเป็นนักเรียนของ Ao. Univ. Prof. Mag. art. Stacey Bartsch และ Julius Drake ระหว่างการศึกษาที่กราซเธอได้รับเลือกให้ทำงานในตำแหน่ง “Studentische Mitarbeiterin” และบรรเลงเปียโนในชั้นเรียนของ Prof. Univ.Prof. Mag.art.
