Fargesia murielae Digitalis light lavender flowers on 15"This high elevation Chinese species of clumping bamboo was discovered by famed plant explorer Ernest (Chinese) Wilson in 1907, and he subsequently named it after his daughter, Muriel. The graceful, 10' tall clumps are composed of narrow foliage on long, arching stems, making it a perfect foil for a water feature. Our offering represents the new generation of seed grown F. murielae.
